Happy new year to you all.

There’s something about making pointless lists that captivates music nerds like no other activity. Over on Punknews.org our best of 2003 lists are now up. Mine can be found here. There’s been no major backlash to my choices as of yet, but I’m sure it’s coming since I expressed my distaste for The Mars Volta.

I can assure you that if these jokers spark a legion of prog revivalists in the punk scene I’ll have pleanty more to say.
